Conflict brings Growth

Just read this over at Tim Stevens blog:

Change. Conflict. Growth. That's the sequence. Many people won't change. Or they do change and then stop at the conflict, and they never experience the growth. – Ed Young at the Story conference in Chicago today.

I see wisdom in this…I think many of us get in the conflict and bolt before it's ever resolved, or just pretend it went away…then we never reach the point of growth! A few months, years later, the circle repeats itself.

I see this tendency in marriage, other relationships, church life, everywhere!
